Comox Valley Tourism approached us with the desire to refine their brand identity and strategy to better reflect the unique personality of their region. Known for its breathtaking natural beauty, vibrant local culture, and a harmonious blend of adventure and tranquility, Comox Valley was seeking a refreshed identity to connect more deeply with travelers and locals alike. 

Our challenge

What differentiates Comox Valley is its location, close proximity of activities and straightforward character. It’s an easier way to experience the activities you love, with fewer people and a shorter distance to travel between them. We just have to talk about it in a more cohesive, charming and organised way.

Our insight

Through a comprehensive discovery process, we engaged with stakeholders, community members, and visitors to uncover the heart of the Comox Valley. We discovered that what truly sets the region apart is its seamless blend of accessibility and variety. The idea that everything you could dream of—wilderness, culture, relaxation, and adventure—was "all here, all near" became the cornerstone of our approach.

Our answer

To align with the new strategy, we updated Tourism Comox Valley's  visual identity. The refreshed logo combines modern and characterful typography with a holistic design inspired by the Valley’s natural features.
